Tellurium Dioxide (TeO2), other name: Tellurium (IV) oxide is a solid white oxide of Tellurium.
TeO2 is used to manufacture acousto-optic materials, infrared devices, and infrared window materials as well as to make fuel cell and solar products. It is also used for deposition and evaporation processes.
