Description
Indium(III) selenide is a compound of indium and selenium with its chemical formula name In2Se3. It has other names as Indium Selenide, Indium Sesquiselenide. In2Se3 is used for producing sputtering targets used in thin film deposition, semiconductor, display, LED and photovoltaic cells and optoelectronics productions.
High purity In2Se3 material is also used as source materials for molecular bean epitaxial applications in semiconductor related researches and productions.
