Description

Gallium(III) oxide is an inorganic compound and ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor with the formula Ga2O3. It is also known as Gallium Trioxide, Gallium Sesquioxide.
High purity Gallium oxide is used in power semiconductor devices such as Schottky barrier diodes which take advantage of its wide band gap, and LED devices.
Ga2O3 nanoparticles have unique properties in optics, photoelectric conversion and electrical fields, which are extensively used in many fields, such as UV detection, photocatalysis, flat panel display, UV filter, gas sensor, and optoelectronic devices.
