Anhydrous Boron Oxide (B2O3)
- Description
Description
Anhydrous Boron Oxide (B2O3) is also named as Boric oxide. It is used where B2O3 is required without the presence of sodium or calcium and/or where water would be detrimental to the application process. This Anhydrous Boron Oxide (B2O3), with purity of 99.999% min, is widely used as the liquid sealing agent for growing compound semiconductor crystals like GaAs, GaP and InP. It is also used for other applications.
