Bismuth Telluride (Bi2Te3) a compound of bismuth and tellurium also known as Bismuth(III) Telluride. It is used as thermoelectric material in the bulk form for cooling and power generation applications at ambient temperature. It is also a material to make sputtering targets.
High purity Bi2Te3 material is also used as source materials for molecular beam epitaxial applications in semiconductor related researches and productions.
